Each Painting Kit Comes with a birch wood base which has been engraved with the artwork you will be creating for an extra layer of dimension, and also ease! score 😉

A HUGE BONUS of painting an engraved kit is that it makes replicating your painting so so so much easier than a traditional paint by numbers. No more having to struggle to paint in those tiny awkward shapes this method helps make sure paint stays in the lines woohoo! 🥳

In addition your wood canvas comes packed along with a paint brush and set of paint pots with the unique colors you will need for your design which are numbered to match their correct placement on the canvas … so either follow along and recreate the colors as we’ve envisaged them or go rogue and choose your own design adventure.

Then once your canvas has come alive with color and is ready to display either choose to set it on an easel, like the wood easels we have available (perfect for display on a shelf, counter, or tabletop)

Painting Tips and Tricks 🪄 🎨

1. Our paints are ready to use right out of the pots. However if you want to make your life even easier and avoid potential brush strokes or streaks add a little water and mix in with your brush until the paint is slightly thinned and glides smoothly on your brush

2. We design each kit with a unique blend of colors however if you want to go rogue 😉 and make some of your own, its great to have a plate, palette, or even a small cup at the ready that you can mix colors together in to create your own unique design

3. You’ll want to have a cup of water handy (something like a glass mason jar works great - no worries about water spilling and better yet its easily cleaned and re-used 👍 ) as well as either a cloth rag you don’t mind dirtying with paint or a small bunch of paper towels so you can clean your brush

4. When painting you can either put down a cloth or some paper and paint directly on a table surface or you can add a wooden easel to your kit and have something to paint on and then display with 😊 — we love a two in one 😊 ✨
